Dust removal system:

cyclone by the air removal system.

Grader table:

Remove some impurities, such as branches, leaves, straw, etc., which are not the same size with

the material through the vibration table.

Gravity table:

Remove the stones, dried seeds, moldy particles with different specific gravity by gravity table

Note:

When using this machine, close the discharge port first, and then open the discharge port when

the specific gravity sieve is full of materials. Control the materials in the specific gravity sieve

by adjusting the inlet to keep consistent. Excessive materials overflow from the end of the specific gravity sieve.

A:This is the process of removing low quality, shriveled, mouldy seeds and different crop varieties from seeds or grains. Seed cleaning includes dust removal,specific gravity, grading, polishing, stone removal, color sorting, coating, packaging and weighing. Seed cleaning is a part of the seed industry, responsible for upgrading seeds and improving their planting conditions.
